Currently they are still working under the 2013 Permit: 13 135820 BLD 00 NB mentioned upthread by @Northern Light :

The permit has been revised & re-issued multiple times in the last decade with the latest revision (REV 7) currently under review being applied for on Feb 2, 2024, accepted by the city on Feb 13, 2024; with the following description:
REV07: Addition of steel beam. REVISION 06: structural changes to issued permit 13 135820 BLD R5 NB, Changes in columns, grid lines and elevator shaft wall also changes to the exterior wall type REVISION 5 - proposed 3rd floor, relocate stair shaft and washrooms, revised structural design, revised mechanical design Construct new 2 storey building as replacement for fire damaged building (demolished under order).

Every time this thread is updated I'm reminded of one of the worst facadectomies in recent Toronto history. And there have been some pretty bad ones.
