My rule of thumb has always been ‘If you have to ask, the answer’s “No”’.
I learned to skate at the rink just across the street, so that must be what they're referring to!

They must be. I thought maybe the existing building is an example of mid-century architecture. But since it'll be demolished, clearly not historic enough to preserve.
