Interesting addition that stretches the retail strip along Summerhill to the east.

Ahh interesting. After scoping out the area on Google streetview, it's the first time seeing that's there a pocket of retail among this part of Summerhill.

To be clear, this will push the retail to the west. Filling it with offices/retail makes sense, since that property is very close to the tracks.
