This would work perfectly fine if the Richmond Hill GO station was relocated adjacent to this area, or even a new station added. I don't know how feasible that is, but with the growth this whole region is seeing, it might be a smart idea to relocate the station to this area of mostly developable industrial land instead of where it currently is, surrounded by single-family home suburbs.

There's so much under utilized land around the railway tracks at Elgin Mills, Metrolinx should buy that up and build a second station, if this plan ever comes to fruitition.
