They didn't go too deep. Interesting.
It should be only one floor deep with zips cars in place 1-2 cars per unit.

Until we start cutting ratio to zero to 25% of units, we are only adding to the gridlock that exist today. Then we need a transit system to move these folks and Toronto 50 years behind the time doing so.
 
Stanley is a deeper site and Centrecourt developments always seem to move at lightning speed. Core condos went up in seeming record time.
