It appears this application is for 2 adjacent lots immediately north of the surface parking lot. The parking lot is also undergoing a study/ consultation process to determine its future use, which may include housing.
 
This is interesting as there was a boarded up house here for many years and there are so few of them in Toronto.
 
Zero vehicular parking, but there are 24 long-term and 6-short term bicycle parking spaces in the back. Toronto needs more developments like this.

Reminds me of the condo townhouses that were built on single lots. Those were very expensive. Hopefully, this is more reasonably priced.
 
I've passed by here sometime a couple months ago and from what I recall it unfortunately doesn't appear they've begun work yet.
