Redevelopment comprising of an 11 storey mixed-use building with commercial uses on the ground floor and residential uses above. The proposal contains a total gross floor area of 19,641.8 square metres, including 18,931.9 square metres of residential gross floor area and 709.9 square metres of retail/commercial gross floor area, resulting in an overall density (FSI) of 5.7. A total of 243 new residential units are proposed.

New rendering updated in the database! The total unit count dropped from 243 units to 231 units. The total storey count remains the same at 11 storeys. The height increased a bit from 35.60m to 36.2m. Finally, the total parking count increased from 162 spots to 203 spots.

The new rendering is updated in the database! There are some information changes in the project database. The total unit count increased from 231 units to 239 units. Total parking spaces decreased from 203 parking to 182 parking. Finally, the height changed from 36.20m to 35.95m.
