Was hanging around the Brampton GO station on Sunday (waiting for a train ;) so I had lots of time to kill) and I snapped this...I get that those who are more focused on architecture are not happy with this building but I have to say, seeing a rental building springing up so close to GO station makes me smile.

The balcony glazing is finally taking shape. But it's a shame that it's the only interesting thing going on above the podium, and not even on the broad side where the grey window wall treatment is especially bad.

The scaffolding is off the front heritage building. They did a good job cleaning the brick. And it contrasts well with the grey window wall behind.

Apart from its location, it’s the one redeeming about this development.
