This site is currently an unofficial dump and is disgusting.
This area will eventually be served by the EglintonE LRT and is currently served by the BRT. I’d like to see some more height, but there is a school nearby that may make it difficult to add more height due to shadowing.

Appears to have dropped a floor at some point, I will adjust the title accordingly.

@Art Tsai may wish to make note of that change.
 
New renderings are updated in the database. The project information updates also. The total storey count changed from 13 storeys to 12 storeys. The total building height changed from 45.30m to 37.30m. Total unit counts were reduced from 137 to 131 units. Finally, the total parking spaces were reduced from 138 parking to 129 parking.

The height changed from 37.30m to 42.3m. No new renderings are updated in the database.

The Eglinton East LRT won't happen for another decade, and it will be a decade late and a billion over budget like the Eglinton crosstown. . Doug Ford has no interest in it since it doesn't involve highways of the downtown core.
