Have been wondering forever what would ever happen to this place.

I'd be curious to see how they would squeeze 10 residential units AND ground floor retail into this 3-storey building. "10 bachelors and 1 storefront." - I guess they'll just be really tiny.

I think six residential units would be ideal here. If the ground level is only retail, then it'd be 3 units each on the 2nd and 3rd floor. I'd rather see comfortable, reasonably sized units for living spaces.
