I wonder if the area near Royal York will get anything near 45 storeys or if the rich folk have their complaints heard...
Highest is a 17 storey but everything else is 7 storey that's being proposed over by Royal York but here's an attempt to evict a rent controlled purpose built rental
and 45 storeys? terrible...
Kinda weird that the only subway station that isn't identified for PMTSA consultation is...Royal York. Ah, well, nevertheless...

is there a reason why developers target some of these apartment buildings? i get that maybe it's a good spot to build new but besides all the demoviction stuff that happens, doesn't it just end up being more expensive anyways for the land? let alone offer every resident a place at the condo, or i guess thats only if the developer is willing to work with the residents
