For a non-Wengle Wengle...............what a strange departure for his firm.

Stick to pastiche Richard.........a few more tries and you'll get it mostly right........... this..... is not that. Its just wrong. We can't discuss height/scale here, because I don't even want to see this built at Little Canada.
 
Assuming this is a realistic proposal (which does not seem very likely), this would be the tallest in Durham Region.
Correct me if I am wrong but 220m would also be taller than all the existing and proposed towers in Scarborough, Etobicoke, Markham Centre, North York, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, London, York, and East York
