Disappointing that work still hasn't begun at this site yet:

Man I wish we were getting something this tall. My eyes jumped just for a second when I saw the title, only to be disappointed

I would love to see a 483-metre tall condo in Yorkville. It would easily become the tallest building in Toronto.

That building would look quite different if it where stretched to 483 m. For one, looking at the side would likely appear razor thin to the observer. This would be an illusion of coarse, but an affect generate with the sides remaining at the same width, while the rest of the building is extended out to that "new" height...

...still at 41 stories back in reality suggests this is most likely a typo though. :)

But hey, who does not like 36' tall ceilings? Mezzanines can be built within.

...it wouldn't be very cozy to sleep in IMO.

It kinda reminds of this residential supertall they're building in NYC where despite it ridiculous height, it has a rather low floor count. Which could only mean the ceilings per unit must be as high as church or gymnasium in order for it to work. It would be quite unsettling place to live.

Edit/PS: I think it's this one: http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=84768
