Is this still a Norman Foster project? The thread title just says IBI Group...

...so I guess IBI became a little more than the architect of record over the process. That said, it looks like we're still getting the same building as last rendered.
On the side though, feels like the excavation here is going at a snail's pace. Since I remember them starting that early Winter of this year.
