Yeah, one of the residents told me the building was becoming a WeWork-style co-working office space.

It's good that the building will be maintained, but quite a few talented people with rare skills are being pushed out.

For those who aren't aware, East Room currently has a beautiful (and very popular) co-working space just east of the DVP south of Dundas.
