This one always seems to be under the radar. The earliest occupancy that I can see is January of 2024. Also no mention of what the retail is going to be.

January 12 - Five weeks later, still looking like aways from occupancy. PDI's might be starting reasonably soon though. Sidewalk work is taking place along the Richmond Street frontage, but the main building entrance looks quite unfinished. External construction hoist is still in place on the Portland Street side.

January 29 - The Richmond Street sidewalk has been rebuilt, but still working on the Portland Street side. This is one big building, not as large as Time and Space, but definitely up there. Pemberton is the common denominator, or would that be just a coincidence...

I mean, It looks far less offensive than Time and Space...

February 9: The external construction hoist is being disassembled and removed today. A lot of work has also been done on the Richmond Street sidewalk. What appears to be the main entrance to the building seems to be a bit on the underwhelming side...

The top two mast sections of the external hoist already taken down and sitting on the flatbed, ready for removal.

February 22 - various construction update photos. Main Richmond Street frontage and sidewalk areas, plus some concrete being poured into one of the balconies on the Portland Street side.

A couple of comments regarding the main entrance on Richmond Street - it appears to be one of the most underwhelming, low-key main entrances for a building of its size - reminiscent of CentreCourt's 101 Peter Street entranceway and lobby. Secondly, there is limited staging area by the main entrance - with the proliferation of meal deliveries, courier package drop-off's, Uber, Lyft, and taxi drop pick ups offs, the sidewalk and the curb lane on Richmond risk becoming quite cluttered. At least the ground floor plan shows that there will be a package holding room off the main lobby entrance below.
