I think the facade motif in white is really well handled but the way it wraps over the top of the tower is awkward and the two facade patterns don't really resolve into each other very nicely.
Overall pretty solid though.

Before street renovation I hope they already notified Toronto Hydro and other underground work companies to finish their work first otherwise Toronto Hydro will ruined the street after it is done.
