Before street renovation I hope they already notified Toronto Hydro and other underground work companies to finish their work first otherwise Toronto Hydro will ruined the street after it is done.

Fogo De Chao is definitely gone. Fell through. They also lost their deposit.
Ideally, moving forward the current renter (JLL) is looking for an upscale restaurant to fill the spot.
