Was there much thought put towards putting a parking lot entrance on a blind corner of a highway? Inevitably someone driving that is entering the lot will be yielding to a pedestrian crossing and thus stationary for 5-10 seconds to get collected by the next car rounding the turn. Was this only implemented for garbage trucks?

I think its something that we need more of around here in Hamilton, hoping to make it to some more exciting projects around the city!
