This one will really stand out aesthetically simply by virtue of contrasting its surroundings. Most of the recent projects in southcore could learn from this.
 
Probably the most important thing this project does is that it refreshes the ground plane of the block.
 
I am fairly certain this is 48 floors now. There was a notice posted at one point during the summer that said there was a floor increase.

Perhaps it did not go through. I look forward to Freshco.

I actually think it's obstructing the better half of Aura, the curved section of the building and its skyline presence. Thankfully the lighting should still be visible at night.
