I wonder if this distribution centre project presages an expansion of Save-on-Foods to the GTA?

That was my first thought. Jim Pattison Group has mainly been focused on the Western Canada market, so them now pursuing a warehouse/distribution development on this side of the country seems pretty atypical to me.
