6 Regina Street North: a proposed 18-storey mixed-use residential, office & retail building designed by Turner Fleischer & Kirkor Architects for VanMar Developments and Urban Legend Group (jointly operating as "VanLegend") on the northeast corner of Regina Street North and Erb Street East in Uptown Waterloo.

OPA/ZBA currently under appeal with a merit hearing scheduled for September 2024.

Vanmar is probably my favourite developer in the region right now. I don't love the parking podium, but they even manage to make that aspect not overly offensive. Their designs are always good. Not perfect, but generally nice.
