You seem to be confused as to the nature of the responses to your post.

No one was suggesting work would start sooner than you were mooting.

Rather, the suggestion was that your timeline was more than optimistic.

The comment was in response to "Developers have sold units before without zoning approval" and the claim that YI has already sold many.... I do not believe that's the case.

Can you please quote the post that says YI has sold units. I looked over the last 2 pages and don't see that.

What I do see is one poster saying YI would have to sell lots of units before they can start.

I don't see any claim that sales had begun.
