The database has been updated to reflect the latest submission. Changes are as follows:

• Storey count decreased from 25 to 16-storeys
• Total height decreased from 81.52 to 57.23m
• Total units has increased from 347 to 356
• Total vehicular parking decreased from 174 to 163.
