This 20 storeys rental apartment building being located close to the Niagara Falls tourist district area. Was also approved yesterday by council along with the beautiful 38 and 29 storey towers on Portage Rd near Marineland. WOW!

I'm actually really looking forward to this. A precedent needs to be set for future developments like this.
