Meeting done. Was low drama...main LOCAL group appears to be Bayview-Sheppard Neighbourhood Alliance (BSNA) - and David Reid (Secretary) has asked 4 or 5 of the questions.

Our @HousingNowTO volunteers spoke in the middle - advised Councillor Carroll to "give them 2-3 more floors, a relaxed floorplate and the OPEN DOOR supports to allow the developer to include new Affordable-Rental units to be incorporated into the development given that it is inside a planned PMTSA."

New renderings are updated in the database. The overall building height changed from 41.96m to 44.90m. Total storey count increased from 11 storeys to 12 storeys. The total unit count changed from 134 units to 142 units. Finally, total parking spaces changed from 80 parking to 78 parking.
