A proposed 6-storey residential building designed by Antrix Architects for Prizzi Mehta on the north side of King Street East, west of Wentworth Street and east of Ashley Street in Hamilton's Landsdale neighbourhood (along the future Hamilton LRT corridor). 20 units, 2 vehicle parking stalls, 10 bicycle parking stalls.

Would've liked to see a more open and engaging grade level frontage, even they choose to go without retail. But otherwise, I do like its general mid-block, modestly scaled density form. IMO, it has a Brooklyn or outer-borough NYC feel to it.
