I guess it's important to note it's also been appealed for lack of decision. No surprise there. The City and proponent are likely far apart in terms of what is considered contextual here.
The likely reason we're seeing the resubmission is that the proponent and City have been working towards a solution, that this is what the proponent is suggesting in that regard, and which the City may be fine with. If that's the case, we could see the proponent and City settle, and the OLT hearing become a settlement ratification hearing (over in a day, approval rubber stamped).

Fair to say the City wants the podium down to six storeys on Sheppard (its 8); and take some issue w/organization of the park and shadowing on the proposed park. But there's more in the report!

Taken from SPA. The new rendering has been updated. The height changed from 73.25m & 46.00m to 75.67m & 43.47m. The total parking count was reduced from 322 parking to 312 parking.
