Absolutely love this, it's what's needed to reanimate Ossington between Bloor and Dundas, would be great to have it done up Dovercourt and Ossington from Bloor to Davenport as well. Hopefully some future proposals will remain in the same height range, and include some small streetfront retail. Anyone know if there will be a community consultation?

Haven't heard a date set for community consultation yet. But the city's website for that is pretty active and are constantly adding on new meetings whenever they are about to come up next. We'll try to keep this thread updated whenever one for this project is made available.

Agreed - and I would add stretches of Dufferin, Bathurst, Pape, Donlands, etc as north/south streets that need higher-density residential development with more streetfront retail.

The overall height changed from 15.89m & 5.50m to 16.5m & 6.30m. New elevation drawings uploaded.

The elevation drawings are taken from the minor variance submission:

Also agree. This is great. Ossington is perfect for this sort of development, and will hopefully set a president on other streets. There is no need for ossington to be a 4 lane street, and since it ends at davenport and queen, its wouldn't ruffle too many feathers to convert one lane to bike lane/parking, or bike lane/trees, or just a wider sidewalk with street trees. It's set up really well to convert smaller buildings into apartments.
