The proposed 4-storey self-storage building would have a total gross floor area of 5,488.96 m2. The existing office building and the existing self-storage building is proposed to be retained. The site would have a combined gross floor area of 16,087.10 m2.

This demolition permit is not for the medical offices on the corner of Keele and Ingram, despite having the identical address. Instead, this permit seems to be associated with the the small building on the south site of the Parking Lot.
