I love the hard bollards on the north sidewalk; need more of that all over the city.

Why do you like them? I guess they make for a permeable edge for pedestrians while blocking vehicles, but personally I'd rather see this done with a multi-functional street element that could be sat on, or planted in, or contain lighting, for example.

Oh, I'd also prefer that setup, to be sure, but I like the metal bollards because they prevent drivers from pulling their cars up on the sidewalk, which you see every day in Toronto.

I was fortunate enough to be the sales representative for 7 St Thomas office condos.
It has turned out to be a fantastic, iconic building.

Those cheap-looking white columns are a weird misfire from HPA on this project but otherwise the whole thing is perfection. Such a well-executed project; both architect and developer deserve praise for it.
