Looks good, but I'm distracted by how dirty 1 St. Thomas is in the background. Why wouldn't a luxury building clean its exterior?
 
I'm not sure why they would bother while a building is being built immediately north of them, and one across the street to the west: it would get instantly dirty again. Once those are done though, yes, The St. Thomas needs more than your average power wash.

That first pic of @Marcanadian's above is making me think that the folds in Carl Taçon's Shift (the public art associated with One St. Thomas that runs along its driveway at the base of 7 St. Thomas) may have inspired the rounded design and blended tones of 7 St. Thomas.

I love the texture that the vertical lines add to the glass. It strikes me as a subtle nod to the texture of the brick buildings that make up most of the street level frontage.
