A few questions:

1/ Is the commercial address changing from 700 Bay Street to 77 Gerrard Street West since it looks like the Bay Street door is going to be passcard access only?
2/ How does Shopper's Drug Mart get deliveries now? They used to be able to come in through the 700 Bay Street door.
3/ Why was accessible access not included at the Bay Street entrance? With dentists, optometrists and doctors in this building anyone with an accessibility issue will go to the Bay Street door (because that's the address) and then have to go to the Gerrard Street entrance which can be difficult for some people.

the area with its beiges, brown and greys sorely needed a stark addition like this one to modernize it. Happy with the outcome so far.

Looking at the picture above, I counted 24 floors in the existing building plus 6 floors addition, total 30 floors. Mods, how did you get 32?

The architectural plans clearly show 31 storeys of residential, with some amenities on the 32nd level, sharing space with the lower mechanicals.

The still growing new tower (west extension) does appear to have 31 floors with an accessible rooftop, which (as in the case of 1 Yorkville) counts as the 32nd floor. The ‘old tower’ is clearly topped out at 30 floors, or possibly 29 plus mechanical - they’ve removed the crane. Yet plan and renderings show that parts of the ‘old tower’ will extend over and above the new tower, which suggests that floors in the new tower are shorter than those in the old tower.
