New renderings are updated in the database! The overall building storey count dropped from 27 storeys to 25 storeys. The height decreased from 84.40m to 80.3m. The total units decreased from 285 units to 259 units. Finally, the parking space count remained the same at 207 parking spaces.

Total building height changed from 25 storeys to 23 storeys. The overall unit counts changed from 230 & 29 units to 252 & 29 units. Finally, the total parking spaces remain the same at 207 parking spaces.

Resubmission addressing materials from an OLT order, details below from the cover letter:
More recently, in February 2024 Rockbrock Developments Inc. was heard at the Ontario Land Tribunal for a settlement with adjacent property owner Block (Greenbriar) Developments Limited regarding cost sharing for road infrastructure (OLT Case No. OLT-23-000597). A Site Plan Resubmission is now being made to update certain materials as required by the Minutes of Settlement dated February 16, 2024.

The only stat change of note is a reduction in total vehicular parking from 207 to 158.
