Ah aA. I really like their work but at the same time I don't love their usual "Ah a dark, enclosed area that some might find to be a little unsafe feeling at certain times of day... Why not make it even darker with black brick"

I am really excited that we're getting 10 stories of hand laid red brick though. Should be fun to watch the bricklayers at work.
