I hope the lighting in this building is done nicely, the glass is very similar to 235 W57th street in NYC.

Yes, the lighting of the building as seen from outside will be important but it should be noted that the lower few floors of glazing are actually almost up to a brick wall as these floors (I think) have electronic equipment. No, the façade is completely gone.1960s developer mentality. Hopefully the next owner can reverse the damages within 20 years.
