I hope the lighting in this building is done nicely, the glass is very similar to 235 W57th street in NYC.

Yes, the lighting of the building as seen from outside will be important but it should be noted that the lower few floors of glazing are actually almost up to a brick wall as these floors (I think) have electronic equipment. This could certainly be disguised with skillful lighting and leaving them unlit would look "odd" - to be kind.
 
We can rebuild it. We have the technology. At least the crown pieces look intact under the new metal hat for future architects to use as reference.
 
What’s the current occupancy? I know who owns it, but have they been empty during the whole project?
