As someone that owns and lives in a south facing unit in 435 Richmond, really not looking forward to this. 
I can only hope that all my natural light doesn't disappear

The building will be a metre plus higher than the building you are living in currently. So unless you relocate to the top floor facing that way...natural lighting will likely be at a premium. I dont mind the clean lines, but I wish the grey was more of a greige , orange, rose gold, or dark green. Somthing other than that cold grey.
