The rendering shows a slanted wall for the west side of the podium (facing the Arts & Letters Club) above the heritage facade. No sign of that in the built form.

You wouldn't be able to see it yet, if they were still doing it. They would've run the forms past the slab to give them something to support the slab above.

Edit: and for what it's worth, even in the photo you can see the formwork stepping over to the west. Look how the posts line up. The top deck must be at least a couple feet past the deck below.
