Has any 150m+ tower broken ground in the last 12 months anywhere in the city?
I am pretty sure it's less than 5 in the last 36 months as well

Q Tower began shoring recently. QueenChurch, 241 Church and 170 Roehampton are the most recent new starts.
Also, (not over 150 metres, but they are over 140 metres) Alta 1 and 2, Gerrard-Carlaw North and LSQ A are recent.
