Taken from arch plan via minor variance:

It appears to have been approved with conditions and states Final and Binding on AIC. Nothing on TLAB because the decision was not appealed.

A second Minor Variance application was submitted requesting an increase from 3 to 4-storeys, remaining at 10 units. This was rejected by the CoA. No sign of an appeal to TLAB yet, but the last date of appeal will be June 12.

The database will remain reflective of the 3-storey proposal for the moment.

I completely understand the CoA decision to reject this ridiculous variance application. There is simply no precedent anywhere NEAR this site for a four story building!
