Demolition permits are still in process here. All processes on those are closed except for Zoning, which was last noted on file in January '25

The major construction activities and associated timeline for the development are described below:• Demolition: from September 2025 to October 2025;• Excavation and shoring: from February 2025 to June 2026;• Below grade formwork: from April 2026 to August 2026;• Above grade formwork: from July 2026 to May 2027;• Building envelope phase: from September 2026 to October 2027, and;• Interior finishes stage: from January 2027 to July 2028.
I know the only product really moving on the condo side albeit slowly right now, is end user focused and I have heard that the sales on this have been moving along. I wonder if this timeline is accurate, will have to make my way out here to see if has been demolished.

I see this area almost daily and demolition has not started.
I'll be sure to update when I see some activity.

Demolition permits have NOT been issued here yet.
Drain and Site Service is 'Issuance Pending' (so waiting for the cheque, and for the demo permits to clear).
The other 'new build' applications are all in, but none are ready to go yet.
