So..finally, something is punching out of that table top for that area...
 
Looking forward to the Liberty Village residents going ballistic over this! Not that it really matters, the area is already permanent congested mess.

This will easily be the best looking development in the neighborhood by a country mile.

13 x permanent "affordable rental" units for 99 years out of 520 total units, so it is a 2.5% ratio.

It is a pretty decent deal, considering it is private land.
