The city cant even come up with a comprehensive plan for the entire strip of Queensway, let alone come up with a plan to build transit so im not holding my breath here.
 
It's interesting to see the number of development applications for autobody shops, gas stations, and other known contaminated sites.
 
That'll keep the CH2M Hills of this world busy cleaning it all up! It's good news.

Meanwhile, not ugly, but not eye-catching either, we're looking at Teeple-Lite here. There's nothing about this design that would lead anyone to come up with Teeple as the designer if they didn't already know the name. I do like the stress on horizontality now more than I did the vertical stress in the original design though…
