Woah!!! This is flying by. I guess that's what happens when there are only 2 levels of parking... another reason the City should relax parking minimums.

There are actually 4 levels. This development has an unusually large amount of parking for a building this size as it is being built under a zoning approval from 2004, when parking requirements were much higher than today.

No, still pouring P1.

Today. Should be hitting grade in the next few weeks, most of the P1 floor has been formed and columns are going up to support the Ground level floor.

Just now. Forming is up for the ground level slab, and backfilling the hole for the park is nearly done. Should be seeing some above grade columns in a week or two.
