Some movement today. Any construction folks know what seems to be going on here? Is this just some testing or the beginnings of them levelling out the site?

Based on the amount of barrels, I'd imagine they're taking sampling of the soil for testing. In terms of planning and eventual marketing, this project should still be a ways away from officially starting.

Years. And it's extremely doubtful Haven could do it without partners. Afterall, the demo part's already completed...
Resubmitted with the addition of community space and a slight decrease in total residential units from 992 to 984. No new renderings.
