Nothing but an empty field. Hoarding that is onsite is in a state of disrepair.

drove by today - there is a new fence with the name "ELM developments" surrounding the site. which replaced the abandoned fence put up by the old developer. it does not seem the old "Yee Hong" project will be built. the land had been torn up though although that was a few years ago and by now grass can be seen growing on the mounds.

my bet is that a new developer has acquired the land and something might be in the works in the future as they are paying to maintain the fences

As mentioned above, this property has changed hands. A new development application was filed with the City of Richmond Hill earlier this week.

A request has been received from 9750 Yonge Limited to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law for lands described as Block 39, Registered Plan 65M-2079 and Part Block 3, Registered Plan 65M-2368 and municipally known as 9750 and 9760 Yonge Street. The subject lands have a frontage of approximately 102 metres (335 feet) along Yonge Street and 100.17 metres (328 feet) along Addison Street, and a total site area of 0.85 hectares (2.1 acres). The applications seek to permit a high density mixed use development consisting of two apartment buildings 22 and 18 storeys in height connected by a five storey podium with a Floor Space Index (FSI) of 4.9, 522 apartment units, 18 back to back townhouses, 847 square metres (9117 square feet) of ground floor retail/commercial and a new public road to Yonge Street are proposed.
