Does anyone know when phase 2d and 2b will begin or complete?

The project site doesn't currently list any start/finish dates for specific phases beyond the current work, which is scheduled for completion in 2025.

However, the overall project has a listed completion date of 2040!

I noticed that in the documents recently posted by a member the community centre going up in Phase 2 is being designed by Karakusevic Carson Architects.

Taken 16 November. I can’t wait for the streets to reopen as I think that the reintegration with the surrounding area will be instant! You can begin to see the new structures from Kensington. Now if only there was a direct route from Spadina.
