Yes, lots of utility locates too. They are either drilling samples or starting excavation. They applied for, but have not yet received, a SHORING PERMIT on 20 June.

Another parking lot I've long hated finally going away! This area was terrible for parking lots for years. And slowly they are disappearing.

As an aside the darker cladding at 60 Richmond isn't aging well, very sun bleached. If I recall it was more of a graphite, dark grey, wasn't it? Looks kind of splotchy too.

That's too bad. It's a Teeple building and one of my favourite residential buildings from that era. It can hold its own with a lot of European and American design from that time.
