Let's stay optimistic, but let's not rely solely on beautiful renderings. They look great on computers, but practically speaking, sometimes compromises are necessary.

Eagerly awaiting cladding for this one. I really like the renders but also worry it could become a Nobu v2.

I'm kinda in the same boat here. But with a twist...if they really pull off the dazzling cladding, it's going to leave me asking Madison what the hell went wrong with Nobu.

lol yea, exactly. Hopefully this cladding is superior and it's a case of lesson learned. Unless of course they don't see anything wrong with how Nobu turned out...
