Not really, no. They are tightly held secrets within the industry. Lots of lying and posturing comes with it too, so getting accurate figures out of a given shop is extremely difficult.

Publicly, I don't believe so. Privately, via Altus Data Studio, Urbanation, and CoStar iirc. If you can get in to TRREB, you can also access Altus Data Studio from that login in Realm.

Are you old enough to remember The Star's weekend condo development guide when the Saturday print edition was fat as all-get out?
I remember they used to publish % sold in the summaries of new developments. I presume with some question as to the accuracy of said data.

I do remember that, yeah. Related, I had collected almost all of the Condo Guides from about 2005-2011 or so. Tossed them when my parents moved but damn, do I wish I had those to look back on now...

I came to check in on this thread to see if there's been any news. It's almost 2025 and this block has become just a sad strip of empty storefronts. If there was no solid plan in place surely every business vacating wasn't necessary, but alas...
